These terms govern your use of mafhoom.sa (the "website"). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About this website

The website gives information about Mafhoom and its AI products and services, including multilingual voice and telecommunication services. It is not an offer to supply services. Any services are provided under a separate written agreement, whose terms take precedence over these.

2. Information, projections and investors

  • We work to keep information accurate and current, but it is provided for general information only and may change without notice.
  • Figures described as "expected", "projected" or "up to", including impact estimates, are estimates based on our service design. They are not guarantees or audited results.
  • Nothing on the website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any shares or other securities, or investment advice. Any investment discussion happens privately and is subject to applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom.
  • Market statistics are taken from the public sources named next to them.

3. Religious guidance

Mafhoom shares practical guidance about Hajj and Umrah from trusted sources. It does not issue religious rulings (fatwa). For rulings, please consult authorized scholars and official channels.

4. Intellectual property

The Mafhoom name, the Mafhoom logos, the design of the website and its content belong to Mafhoom or its licensors and are protected by the laws of the Kingdom and international agreements. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use with attribution. You may not copy, modify or use our marks without our written permission. The names and logos of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, the General Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques, Misk, CODE, Brightcall and other organizations belong to their respective owners and appear only to describe our partnerships and recognition.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the website in any way that breaks the laws of the Kingdom, including the Anti-Cyber Crime Law;
  • try to gain unauthorized access to the website, our systems or data, or disrupt them;
  • scrape, mine or harvest content or personal data from the website with automated tools;
  • send false, offensive or unlawful content through the contact form.

6. Links to other websites

The website links to sites we do not control, such as LinkedIn and official sources. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Liability

The website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom, Mafhoom is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal data.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law and language

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute. These terms are published in Arabic and English. If the two versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.

تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك لموقع mafhoom.sa («الموقع»). وباستخدامك الموقع فإنك توافق عليها، فإن لم توافق فنرجو ألا تستخدمه.

١. عن هذا الموقع

يقدم الموقع معلومات عن مفهوم ومنتجاته وخدماته في الذكاء الاصطناعي، ومنها خدمات الصوت والاتصالات متعددة اللغات، ولا يُعد عرضاً لتقديم الخدمات. تُقدَّم أي خدمات بموجب اتفاقية مكتوبة مستقلة تكون لأحكامها الأولوية على هذه الشروط.

٢. المعلومات والتقديرات والمستثمرون

  • نحرص على دقة المعلومات وحداثتها، لكنها مقدمة للاطلاع العام وقد تتغير دون إشعار.
  • الأرقام الموصوفة بأنها «متوقعة» أو «تقديرية» أو «حتى»، ومنها تقديرات الأثر، مبنية على تصميم خدمتنا، وليست ضمانات أو نتائج مدققة.
  • لا يُعد أي محتوى في الموقع عرضاً لبيع أسهم أو أوراق مالية أو دعوة لتقديم عرض لشرائها، ولا نصيحة استثمارية. وتجري أي نقاشات استثمارية بصورة خاصة وفق الأنظمة واللوائح المعمول بها في المملكة.
  • إحصاءات السوق مأخوذة من المصادر العامة المذكورة بجانبها.

٣. الإرشاد الديني

يقدم مفهوم إرشادات عملية عن الحج والعمرة من مصادر موثوقة، ولا يصدر فتاوى شرعية. وللفتوى يُرجى الرجوع إلى العلماء المعتمدين والقنوات الرسمية.

٤. الملكية الفكرية

اسم مفهوم وشعاراته وتصميم الموقع ومحتواه مملوكة لمفهوم أو لمرخّصيه، ومحمية بأنظمة المملكة والاتفاقيات الدولية. يجوز لك عرض الصفحات ومشاركتها للاستخدام الشخصي أو الداخلي مع نسبتها إلينا، ولا يجوز نسخ علاماتنا أو تعديلها أو استخدامها دون إذن كتابي منا. أما أسماء وشعارات وزارة الحج والعمرة والهيئة العامة للعناية بشؤون المسجد الحرام والمسجد النبوي ومسك و«كود» وBrightcall وغيرها فهي ملك لأصحابها، وتظهر فقط لبيان شراكاتنا وما نلناه من تكريم.

٥. الاستخدام المقبول

تلتزم بألا:

  • تستخدم الموقع بما يخالف أنظمة المملكة، ومنها نظام مكافحة الجرائم المعلوماتية؛
  • تحاول الوصول غير المصرح به إلى الموقع أو أنظمتنا أو بياناتنا أو تعطيلها؛
  • تستخرج المحتوى أو البيانات الشخصية من الموقع بأدوات آلية؛
  • ترسل عبر نموذج التواصل محتوى كاذباً أو مسيئاً أو مخالفاً للأنظمة.

٦. روابط المواقع الأخرى

يتضمن الموقع روابط لمواقع لا نتحكم فيها، مثل LinkedIn والمصادر الرسمية، ولسنا مسؤولين عن محتواها أو ممارساتها في الخصوصية.

٧. المسؤولية

يُقدَّم الموقع «كما هو». وإلى أقصى حد تسمح به أنظمة المملكة، لا يتحمل مفهوم أي خسارة غير مباشرة أو تبعية تنشأ عن استخدامك الموقع أو تعذّر استخدامه أو الاعتماد على محتواه. ولا تحدّ هذه الشروط من أي مسؤولية لا يجوز تحديدها نظاماً.

٨. الخصوصية

توضح سياسة الخصوصية وسياسة ملفات تعريف الارتباط كيفية تعاملنا مع البيانات الشخصية.

٩. التعديلات

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، ويبيّن التاريخ أعلاه أحدث نسخة. واستمرارك في استخدام الموقع بعد التعديل يعني قبولك الشروط المحدثة.

١٠. النظام الحاكم واللغة

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص المحاكم المختصة في المملكة بالفصل في أي نزاع. نُشرت هذه الشروط باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، وعند الاختلاف يُعتمد النص العربي.
