From a national challenge to first place.

  1. The beginning

    The Innovation Diwan

    The idea started in "The Innovation Diwan", the innovation program of the General Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques with Misk. We formed a team of young specialists around it.

  2. The competition

    Top 7 of more than 2,000 teams

    Out of more than 2,000 competing teams, Mafhoom was selected among the seven best in the challenge.

  3. 2025

    Founded in Jeddah

    We established Mafhoom and brought together engineers in AI and telecommunications.

  4. Development

    Building with the Haramain Authority and Misk

    Working together with both institutions to turn Mafhoom into a practical service for the guests of Allah.

  5. Partnership

    Authorized Brightcall.ai partner in Saudi Arabia

    An official partnership with Brightcall AB to represent, deliver and support its solutions in the Kingdom, and to co-develop Arabic AI and localized products.
